confirmation via email.
-
Once the form is submitted, we will prepare the original lien

your name. Once you sign the lien, it is considered the original
lien.

Upon receipt, the lien will be filed with the county clerk or city
agency by (approximately) the next business day.

property, and the city agency via certified mail. The affidavit of
service will also be filed with the county clerk or city agency.
-
Shortly thereafter, you will receive a court stamped or
city-stamped copy of the lien and affidavit of service indicating
who was served.
